Return Process
- 1.Contact Customer Service
Email or call our specialist team with your order number and details regarding the health or condition of your rose.
- 2.Provide Proof of Purchase
Submit your original order confirmation and, if applicable, a photograph of the plant to help our horticulturists assess the issue.
- 3.Authorization and Packaging
Once your return is approved, securely package the item; for bare root roses, ensure the roots are protected during transit.
- 4.Resolution
After we receive your return or verify your claim, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a seasonal replacement.
