Large, single, silky white flowers of up to 4 across, each with a large bunch of orange-red stamens. Fragrant, and borne singly, with large, leafy bracts around the buds. Globular, orange-red hips. Almost evergreen with bushy growth and smooth, dark green leaves. Tender; requires a warm, sheltered wall. .
